Summary

Elden Ring has received a new update, version 1091, which includes a number of PvP-exclusive balance adjustments as well as general hotfixes. The update is now available on all platforms.

PvP Balance Adjustments

The PvP balance adjustments in this update are designed to improve the overall balance of the game's PvP mode. Some of the changes include:

• Decreased the damage of the following weapons: Moonveil Katana, Rivers of Blood Katana, Hand of Malenia
• Increased the stamina cost of the following abilities: Bloodhound Step, Quickstep, Raptor of the Mists
• Adjusted the hitboxes of some weapons and abilities to improve accuracy and fairness
• Fixed a number of exploits that were being used in PvP

Hotfixes

In addition to the PvP balance adjustments, update 1091 also includes a number of hotfixes that address various bugs and issues in the game. Some of the fixes include:

• Fixed a bug that was causing some players to lose their progress
• Fixed a bug that was preventing some players from accessing certain areas of the game
• Fixed a number of other minor bugs and issues
